Project Description

VonArx Engineering performed site design and storm water BMP and detention basin design and analysis of an existing storm water facility relative to a 7,000 s.f. building addition. Our efforts resulted in the elimination of existing parking and installation of pervious pavement to offset the impervious area of the proposed building improvements to use the existing storm water facilities in place. The scope of services included preliminary design and storm water analysis and production of construction documents and permits from MSD and the City of Fenton.
