Project Description

This project included the development of 15 single family lots on 9.46 acres located in St. Louis County, Missouri. The project included 1,200 l.f. of sanitary sewer, storm water improvements, grading, SWPPP and streets. Permitting was required through St. Louis County, St. Louis MSD, Missouri DNR, Northeast Jefferson County Sewer District, Missouri American Water and utilities. The price range for the proposed homes is $450,000 to $500,000 and the infrastructure cost is $750,000.
