Project Description

VonArx Engineering performed site design and construction documents for a new 9,600 s.f. new building and site improvements including a loading dock, storm water BMP, and a fire suppression water basin.  Our efforts resulted in approval of the Flood Plain Development Permit, a variance for the County’s storm water detention requirement the and permits from Jefferson County.  The scope of services included topographic and boundary survey, preliminary design and analysis and production of construction documents.
