This 9.17-acre multifamily development in Barnhart, Missouri, includes 128 apartment units across five residential buildings, along with a fitness center, pool, covered parking, and supporting site amenities. The project followed a challenging zoning process involving neighborhood opposition.
Our scope included site design, retaining walls, drives, sanitary sewer, water main, grading, and stormwater infrastructure, along with permitting through Jefferson County, Missouri DNR, Glaize Creek Sewer District, PWSD C-1, and local utility providers.
The site’s 80 feet of elevation change required innovative grading and retaining wall solutions to meet the developer’s goals while maximizing the property’s potential.
