This project involved the development of 15 single-family lots across 9.46 acres in St. Louis County, Missouri. Our team designed and coordinated key infrastructure, including 1,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer, stormwater improvements, grading, SWPPP, and roadway design.
We managed permitting across multiple agencies—St. Louis County, St. Louis MSD, Missouri DNR, Northeast Jefferson County Sewer District, Missouri American Water, and local utilities—helping keep the project aligned and progressing.
The development supports homes in the $450,000 to $500,000 range, with total infrastructure costs of approximately $750,000.
